In 2023, Tsao Chu-Pin embarked on a dual-degree study program at Sanno University in Japan. With outstanding academic performance and enthusiastic participation in club activities, Tsao successfully passed the selection for both the “Ueno Scholarship for International Students” and the “Tateishi Nobuo Scholarship for International Students,” earning a total of 150,000 Japanese yen (approximately NT$32,000) 🎉🎓.

Not only has Tsao excelled academically, but he has also actively promoted Taiwanese culture through campus events. During the university festival, he set up a stall featuring Taiwanese grilled sausages, allowing Japanese students and faculty to experience the authentic taste of Taiwan 🍢✨.

This award is not only a personal honor for Tsao but also a testament to the international competitiveness of students from the Department of Applied Japanese Studies. It is hoped that this inspiring example will encourage more high school students to boldly pursue their dreams and embark on their own journeys of studying abroad! 💪
