Professional Japanese Competency<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Before graduation, students must pass JLPT N1 or another test of the same level (e.g. J.TEST).<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Competency of writing reports on a special topic<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Students must complete a report on a special topic and the report must be approved by two full-time teachers of the Department (using rubrics)\/<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

GRADUATE<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Competency of Communication and Expression in Japanese<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Students must complete the presentation of their idea for master’s thesis and the midterm presentation of their master’s thesis before submitting their master’s thesis.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

Competency of Presenting a Professional Research<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Students must complete a public presentation ofa thesis (oral presentation or poster presentation) in a seminar held in or outside the university or submit a thesis to a periodical (with an anonymous review system)\/<\/p>\n

before submitting their master’s thesis.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

Competency of writing theses<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Students must write a thesis in Japanese or Chinese and the thesis must be approved by three experts (one of them must be from outside of the university) (with the score over 70 points) (using rubrics).<\/p>\n
